Responsibilities
Review and evaluate Japanese-language AI content (text & audio)
Audit translations Japanese ↔ English for semantic accuracy and natural phrasing
Assess summaries, Q&A responses, and reasoning outputs
Score content using structured quality rubrics (8–10 criteria)
Identify errors in grammar, spelling, style, register, and cultural nuance
Evaluate logical consistency in Japanese-language explanations
Provide clear written feedback to support evaluation decisions
Follow detailed guidelines and workflows independently
Qualification
Required
Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese
Strong reading and writing skills in English
Preferred
Japanese ↔ English translation experience
Proofreading, linguistic QA, or content review
Text evaluation, annotation, or AI data labeling
Experience with summarization, classification, or Q&A tasks
High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
