Responsibilities

Collects and performs analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and delivers technical training to end users

Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

Works with system SMEs to ensure the implementation of desired functionalities

Troubleshoots and resolves system issues as they arise

Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for end users

Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency

Provides one-on-one coaching and support to users to address their specific needs

Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems

Exhibits strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teaching skills, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Teaches users how to effectively navigate and leverage Power Automate and the broader Power Platform tool to streamline workflows and boost productivity

Active Secret clearance

Minimum 3 years of proven experience analyzing IT systems, establishing training needs, developing training programs and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process

BS/BA degree. Allowable Substitution: 3 years of additional work experience with an AA/AS Degree can be substituted for a BS or BA degree

US Citizenship Required

CompTIA Security+ CE certification

5 + years of related experience
