PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income and is seeking a 2026 Summer Intern for their Global Wealth Management, Internal Sales team. The intern will assist sales professionals with campaigns, research, data analysis, and marketing responsibilities while preparing for a career as an Internal Account Analyst.

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate degree

Must be able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027

Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2026 semester (August 2026 – December 2026)

Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) at an accredited 4-year college or university

Are business proficient in English

Have a strong interest in the financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance

Are able to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing

Have an interest in a client facing career within Finance and relationship building is a key part of your life

Are friendly and genuinely enjoy working in a team environment, yet ready to run with projects independently

Have excellent people skills: you love to pay attention to people, are engaging, and almost never run out of relevant things to discuss

Are Inquisitive, and have a natural thirst for knowledge, and are a firm believer that given enough time and resources, you can achieve any goal

Multi-task effectively and can handle several projects delivered completed work within expected timelines

Show a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
