They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform Technical Manager to perform application development, architecture design, and maintain relationships with key client contacts while participating in business development activities.

Perform application development and maintenance tasks

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred)

Experience with Power Platform Portal or similar CMS (Portal Connector)

Proficiency in source control tools such as GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps

Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code

Understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, React)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Previous experience in consulting

Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline management

Knowledge of Azure serverless technologies, including Azure Message Queues, Azure File Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault

Ability to apply system design and development methodologies

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse customization capabilities, including plugins, custom workflow assemblies, web templates, and Liquid scripting language

Experience with Power Apps Control Framework (PCF) components and React.js

Understanding of web service architectures (RESTful APIs, WebAPI, OData)

Experience with accounting ERP or Customer Relationship Management systems

Proven ability to integrate systems effectively

Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels

Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Capability to work independently and within a small team

Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking

Interest in understanding clients' business needs
