Responsibilities
Originate, market, negotiate, and close real estate investment sales transactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional property owners and investors to generate new business and provide tailored investment strategies
Regularly update client data files in our internal database with client objectives and insights gathered from meetings and calls
Conduct risk assessments and develop targeted returns for real estate investments
Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to associate brokers and real estate analysts to support their professional development
Represent Blue West Capital at networking and industry events to expand market presence and build professional relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in net lease investment sales with a proven track record of closed transactions
Comprehensive knowledge of the national net lease real estate market
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
Exceptional communication skills, including listening, speaking, writing, and presentation capabilities
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong understanding of financial terms, real estate principles, and local or national real estate market dynamics
Active real estate license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
