Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and compile clear, organized documentation of findings
Identify licensure filing needs and accurately document all associated filing requirements
Create and maintain task entries in the Teams Channel for each assigned filing
Partner with the Project Manager (PM) throughout the full lifecycle of each project
Collaborate with the PM to establish timelines for all required licensure filings
Participate in regular project meetings, as well as ad hoc discussions as needed
Prepare filing materials as appropriate
Provide consistent and timely status updates
Communicate with state regulators as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with the NAIC Uniform Certificate of Authority Application and related subsections
Proficiency in conducting research using State Insurance Department websites and statutes
Strong organizational skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities
