Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce and other GTM applications, handling user management, configuration, and day-to-day support
Partner with the GTM Systems Lead to execute quick-win enhancements and support larger roadmap initiatives, such as improving our NetSuite sync and standardizing order forms
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, validation rules, and process automation to improve visibility and efficiency across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, Deal Desk, and Billing to troubleshoot issues and support their daily workflows and system needs
Manage data integrity and quality within our core systems through data cleansing, deduplication, and process improvement
Assist in the documentation of system processes, data models, and integration flows
Support the integration of new tools and technologies into the GTM stack, potentially including an iPaaS architecture
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Salesforce administration (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, permissions, custom objects)
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and their integration with Salesforce
Familiarity with financial systems (NetSuite preferred) and concepts related to the quote-to-cash process
Experience supporting data management and integration tools (e.g., LeanData, iPaaS solutions) is a plus
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
