Responsibilities

Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
Build trusted relationships with top-level executives
Drive proactive account growth by selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
Identify and qualify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer
Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue and conquer new deals
Continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
Take charge of customer satisfaction and ensure account compliance

Required

Minimum of 5+ years experience running account P&L and managing sales process end-to-end
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
