GoTo Foods is seeking a Manager for Data Management and Reporting who will lead a team focused on data management, Business Intelligence development, and reporting. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, managing a team, and supporting analytics initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Work with our brands, business partners and technical teams to ensure our data is accurate

Responsible for Data Governance activities including data mappings and attributions

Responsible for validating data across source systems, databases, data models and reports

Manage and technically support L3 offshore team in resolving escalations, performing root cause analysis, and delivering solutions

Create and maintain analytical models for efficient consumption by reporting and analytics tools

Support our Data Analytics center of excellence by providing supplemental business analytics

Create documentation for Power BI reports, data models and semantic layers

Support our brands and business partners by performing complex data research across all areas of our Business Intelligence and data environments

Perform quality assurance activities as new Business Intelligence features are implemented

Manage a team including prioritization, mentoring, technical skill improvements, technical escalations, etc

Required

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of relevant Business Intelligence design and development experience

Expert SQL skills

Strong general Business Intelligence skills

Experience coding in MDX

Experience in Power BI or other leading reporting tools

Experience in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, etc

Desire and willingness to learn, and proven ability to apply learning to work output

Collaborative team player great at building consensus and relationships across all levels
