Responsibilities
Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels
Lead the quality management system, audits, CAPA, and risk-based quality improvements
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers
Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities
Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies
Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers
Experience with QMS standards, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams
Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms
Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage
