Part-Time Administrative & Events Assistant
Cothran Development Strategies is a national trade association management company based in Ada, OK. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative & Events Assistant to support day-to-day operations of various client trade associations, focusing on administrative tasks and event preparation.

Responsibilities
Manage databases, track membership renewals, and maintain records
Help with invoicing, outstanding renewal follow up, and other administrative tasks
Help with mailings, data research and other misc. duties
Respond to member inquiries, help resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with members
Assist in organizing conferences, workshops, webinars, and other events
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, registration, and materials
Support marketing and promotion of events to drive attendance and sponsorships
Periodically part of on-site staff at annual conventions and events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or currently in pursuit of degree
Minimum of at least one year in professional office environment working successfully in Google Docs/Drive, Excel, Microsoft Word, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully work independently, multitask and adhere to deadlines
Attention to detail
Time management
High proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, other project management tools)
Well versed and have vast experience working in Google Documents, Google Drive and Dropbox
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high paced office environment
Proactive, positive, upbeat and have a great attitude
Must be able to travel to 1-2 events throughout the year
