Responsibilities
Ensure that our facility meets all state and federal regulations for the quality of resident care
Analyze and evaluate data, identifying areas of noncompliance, and implementing solutions to ensure the highest level of care for our residents
Qualification
Required
Two years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or
Two years of clinical experience in a human services agency, including one year of administrative, evaluative, or consultative experience in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination
This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance
