They are seeking an entry-level CAD Engineer to produce and modify detailed technical drawings and 3D models, supporting rail-transit design and construction projects while collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities
Create and revise design drawings and 3D models for rail-transit infrastructure projects
Learn to translate engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations into detailed technical documents
Work with senior engineers and project managers to ensure all drawings and models meet applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations
Support field surveys and site visits
Maintain organized digital drawing files, records, and supporting documentation
Qualification
Required
Recent college graduate seeking professional work experience
Coursework, training or certification in CAD/Drafting (or equivalent experience/education)
Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation
Familiar with project management and design workflow tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Procore
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Highly organized with strong time management capabilities
Preferred
Previous construction or field experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided
