Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain product configurators in the C1 Revalize CPQ environment
Translate engineering specifications, product rules, and business requirements into logical configuration workflows
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to define configuration rules, logic, and interface components
Build intuitive user interfaces for guided selling and quoting experiences
Integrate CPQ models with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS), CRM platforms, and other enterprise applications
Optimize performance of configuration models and ensure scalability for large product catalogs
Conduct thorough testing of configuration rules, pricing logic, and data flows
Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end-users and internal stakeholders
Monitor CPQ system usage and recommend enhancements to improve user efficiency and data accuracy
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with data governance and system architecture standards
Stay current with updates and features in the Revalize ecosystem and CPQ industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, bill of materials (BOM), and product lifecycle concepts
Proficiency in logic-based rule development and scripting within CPQ tools
Familiarity with system integrations involving ERP, CRM, and PLM systems
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, planning, and logistics
Ability to work directly with stakeholders and convert functional requirements into system configurations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Strong understanding of sales processes, warranty claims, service contracts, and customer engagement workflows
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Critical thinking
Presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10
Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications (Sales and/or Warranty modules)
