Responsibilities
Installation of control wiring, controllers, sensors, and software
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction in an ethical matter
Provides training to customers on electronic control systems operations
Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic system malfunction’s
Provides support and training to the mechanical staff on building automation systems
Other duties related to the programming, commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems
Understanding of typical HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, and terminal equipment
Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software
Preferred
Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane, and any other controls systems
