Responsibilities

Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance
Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute IRAD (Internal Research & Development)
Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data
Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored, and statused
Prepare/coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response
Interface with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program’s planning integrator
Gain exposure to vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts

Required

Bachelors degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant program planning/scheduling experience
Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and deadlines
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft program
Ability to multitask
