Responsibilities
Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
Maintain performance goals and productivity standards
Become proficient in processes after completing a structured training program
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1+ year of work experience in customer service or related fields
Experience handling high volume calls while managing multiple computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organization skills
Preferred
Previous experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or call center environments strongly preferred
Experience communicating with patients regarding medical information
Familiarity with alpha-numeric data entry
Proven track record of successful teamwork in previous roles
Previous work in a structured environment with defined breaks
