Responsibilities
Deliver clear, engaging messaging that helps customers understand product features, benefits, and value
Represent Merchant Row and our client in person, creating welcoming, positive first impressions
Guide customers through product demonstrations, service information, and available solutions
Educate customers on loyalty plans, upgrades, and bundled services that support their needs
Build relationships through meaningful conversations that lead to increased trust and long-term engagement
Collaborate with internal Merchant Row teams to ensure messaging, communication, and brand representation are always aligned
Stay informed on product updates, communication trends, and effective sales techniques to elevate customer experience
Qualification
Required
Background in communications, public relations, customer service, hospitality, or sales
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence adapting your message to different audiences
A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to create genuine connections
Confidence presenting information, explaining product benefits, and guiding customers toward solutions
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly
A proactive, organised approach to managing customer interactions
A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment
Preferred
A degree in PR, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not essential for success at Merchant Row
