Responsibilities
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail to ensure quotes and fabrication are correct according to customer specifications
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with other employees and customers
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks
Position may require working alternate hours or weekends to meet customer installation requirements
Check all documents and files for accuracy and thoroughness
Turn around quotes to the sales team and get fabrication paperwork to the fabrication manager in a timely manner
Become familiar with the fabrication material to identify errors before they go to the shop
Manage and maintain a quote log
Performs additional duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
GED or High School Diploma preferred
Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365
Must understand basic math, primarily reading measurements in feet and inches
Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]
Thrives in a collaborative team environment
A detail-oriented work style, comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach
Physical requirements: ability to sit at a computer desk for a full shift
Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
Preferred
1 or more years of stock listing or related experience in the same or similar industry preferred
Knowledge of any of the following is a plus; Eclipse, HydraLIST, Fire Protection Stock listing, or pipe layout on site
