Engaging directly with customers at in-person at local businesses in the region
Providing clear, friendly assistance and answering questions about products and services
Offering guidance on available plans, features, and helpful solutions
Supporting customers through sign-ups, product information, and service selections
Maintaining accurate customer details and ensuring information is up-to-date
Working closely with the Merchant Row team to create a smooth and consistent customer journey
Ensuring company standards, brand guidelines, and quality expectations are always met
Identifying opportunities to upsell or introduce additional plans based on customer needs
Qualification
Required
Strong people skills and a friendly, engaging approach
Excellent verbal communication and the confidence to speak with customers in person
The ability to handle questions, concerns, or obstacles with patience and clarity
Good organizational and administrative skills
