They are seeking a Civil Engineer Intern to assist in the development and revision of civil design plans and collaborate with engineers on various tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in editing and reviewing construction plans and specifications

Support the development and revision of civil design plans, including site layout, grading, utility layout, and civil details

Perform minor design tasks, such as conducting drainage analyses, and performing spreadsheet-based calculations

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete assigned tasks

Follow company and regulatory health and safety protocols at all times, and report any incidents or concerns

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, with coursework focused on civil engineering

Proven ability to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for contributing to team projects

Due to the clients we serve, this position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence Card. Must be able to pass background screening including criminal history, credit check etc

Preferred

Proficiency with Civil 3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets, preferred
