Responsibilities
Lead and manage the KPMG Oracle database migration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Provide technical direction and oversight for Oracle database migration activities
Coordinate effectively with KPMG's offshore (KGS) team to ensure seamless project execution
Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Facilitate client workshops and regular status meetings to communicate progress and address concerns
Oversee the development and execution of secure, compliant migration strategies for large Oracle databases
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the migration lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and migration projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
Proven experience leading technical teams in complex database migration initiatives
Strong expertise in Oracle Exadata and cloud migration methodologies; familiarity with OCI, GCP, AWS preferred
Ability to travel as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Preferred experience with Oracle Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) and Oracle GoldenGate
