Responsibilities
Monitor environmental regulations and ensure organizational compliance
Manage and support Title V reporting and permit renewal process
Maintain environmental training programs (Air, Waste, Wastewater, Storm Water, SPCC)
Oversee waste management program
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
Educate and train employees on environmental issues and compliance requirements
Coordinate with government agencies, consulting firms and other stakeholders regarding environmental permits and regulations
Manage emergency response and contingency plans
Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions
Promote sustainable practices within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience focused on environmental compliance; Familiarity with Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations
Proficiency in environmental monitoring and reporting tools
