CSS Farms is a multi-state agricultural business with a mission of Growing Great Together. The IT Operations Intern will support CSS Farms’ systems in network, system structure, reporting, and security efforts while gaining exposure to organizing datasets and monitoring data collection activities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, test and recommend new digital technologies and applications

Be a part of the CSS Center of Excellence for collecting, aggregating and updating CSS Farms data according to the data governance requirements

Provide software testing on internal systems, reporting bugs to the software development team

Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in person

Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Log, track, and update help desk tickets using the IT service management system

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

Help install and update software applications under supervision

Maintain IT inventory records and assist with equipment audits

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or senior technicians

Follow company IT policies and procedures, maintaining data security and confidentiality
