Work with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize expert workflows into agent-based systems
Identify opportunities where AI can augment or replicate expert reasoning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering)
Strong ability to explain complex processes in a clear, structured, step-by-step manner
Background in research, teaching, or technical writing
Interest in applying academic expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
