Responsibilities
Build data ingestion pipelines for customer security data
Design chunking, embedding, and retrieval strategies
Own RAG architecture and search quality
Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve retrieval accuracy
Continuously optimize knowledge systems powering autonomous agents
Build AI agents that perform real security operations
Design multi-step workflows, tool use, and function calling
Implement text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and real-time audio streaming
Own agent orchestration, reliability, and performance
Collaborate closely with the existing AI engineer on architecture
Qualification
Required
Experience building RAG or knowledge retrieval systems
Strong Python skills
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Has worked with LLMs in production
Experience building agentic systems
Strong Python and LLM integration experience
Experience with TTS / STT / real-time AI systems (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI Realtime, WebSockets, etc.)
Has shipped production AI features
Preferred
