Responsibilities
Lead the management of supply chain delivery for data center components, ensuring seamless OFE product delivery, while fostering a culture of Googleyness, that drives ownership and positive change and supports the professional growth and learning goals of the OED team
Act as the primary liaison and advocate for data center site teams, balancing project-specific needs with broader product strategies
Oversee the quantification, tracking, and reporting of general site OFE health
Co-ordinate cross-functional "firefighting" and program responses to emerging site risks and critical equipment concerns
Collaborate with partners to translate dynamic site needs, such as localizations and sequencing updates, into actionable ESC strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports
Experience in owner-furnished equipment (OFE) management including managing priorities such as OFE Scope Alignment, Risk Management, and Documentation oversight (BIM360/CDE)
Experience in data center construction
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects
