Draft Summons & Complaints , Bills of Particulars , and Discovery Responses
Communicate directly with clients
Support trial preparation
Work closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Paralegal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (SmartAdvocate a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
plaintiff medical malpractice or personal injury preferred
Certified Notary Public – preferred
Spanish-speaking – a plus!
