Responsibilities
Approach and engage guests to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation
Persuade and qualify families using incentives like attraction tickets, resort stays, and cash gifts
Handle POS transactions accurately, balance cash and credit card sales daily
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times
Stay current on promotions and ticket pricing
Travel opportunities to off-site events, conventions, and high-traffic venues
Qualification
Required
High-energy, confident personality and you love meeting people and closing deals
Passion for sales, customer interaction, and competition
Ability to work flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or indoors
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Previous OPC or sales experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you to succeed!
