Own the full business development lifecycle from targeting to close
Build and manage a focused target account list across consumer product companies
Engage VP, GM, and C-suite stakeholders through consultative sales conversations
Shape opportunities alongside senior design and engineering leaders
Progress complex, long-cycle professional services deals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Head of Business Development, Director of Business Development, Client Partner, or Head of New Business within consulting or professional services
Track record selling complex, high-value consultative services rather than standardized products
Credibility engaging senior executives and guiding long sales cycles
Strong discovery and qualification skills, including confidence to disqualify poor-fit work
Comfortable operating independently while partnering closely with founders
