Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes according to job requirements
Load/unload materials and monitor machining operations
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
Inspect first-run and in-process parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Verify machine settings and adjust for accuracy and quality
Perform operations such as drilling, threading, and hole-saw machining
Document production output and maintain accurate job records
Identify machining issues and troubleshoot basic errors
Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
Familiarity with tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 10-hour shifts
Knowledge of quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
Preferred
2–3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
