Mid LevelTeksky LLC is partnering with a long-established public accounting firm in La Porte, Indiana that’s looking to bring on a skilled CPA or experienced Public Accountant to support their growing client base. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and small-to-mid-sized businesses, handling a mix of tax preparation, financial reporting, and general accounting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Compile, analyze, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements
Provide general accounting support, including journal entries and reconciliations
Advise clients on tax strategies, compliance, and financial decisions
Ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to accounting standards
Maintain strong communication and client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in public accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP and current tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Preferred
CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
