Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
Analyze workflow, layout, and resource utilization
Support new product introduction and process capability studies
Create work instructions, testing methods, and production standards
Estimate labor, material, and production costs
Lead design reviews and support technical training
Coordinate with equipment vendors and internal teams
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Knowledge of metal forming, machining, welding, and coatings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly
