Responsibilities
Sew high-quality materials using both straight stitch and overlock machines
Understand and perform basic adjustments and part replacements on sewing equipment
Accurately identify correct fabrics, threads, sizes, and colors per work order
Follow detailed written instructions and read production reports with care
Inspect your work and repair defects to ensure top-notch product quality
Enter tracking data into our Alpha sewing database with accuracy
Assist in the stamping process and organize materials in designated bins
Perform daily machine care including oil checks, tension settings, and component checks
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home)
Solid knowledge of sewing machine operation and troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven company
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer/data entry skills helpful
