Responsibilities

Serve as the ServiceNow SME, developing custom applications, workflows, and automations

Customize forms, fields, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools

Create and optimize business rules, flows, and automation scripts to streamline service delivery

Implement, and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, third-party tools)

Participate in platform upgrades, new module deployments, and release cycles while ensuring stability and compatibility

Develop dashboards, performance reports, and data insights to support leadership decision-making

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages (e.g., Glide, Perl, PHP)

1+ years of hands-on experience as an administrator, developer, or platform engineer for tools like ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Business

Proven expertise integrating applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

Deep understanding of ITSM, ITAM, and related ServiceNow modules

Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Experience participating in upgrades, module deployments, and enterprise-scale implementations for applications like ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
