Responsibilities
Build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global
Learn all about staffing and our services
Sell staffing services to current and future clients
Review resumes from our internal database and online job boards
Conduct phone interviews
Prepare candidates to meet hiring managers
Negotiate job offers to get them hired
Research and target organizations in need of staffing services
Make initial connections through networking and cold calls
Become valuable business consultants and build long-term relationships with clients
Run in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals
Gather job requirements and work with the Recruiting team to find candidates
Identify top talent and pair candidates with the perfect job
Get to know experiences and career aspirations of job seekers
Ensure a world-class experience for consultants
Qualification
Required
Individuals with grit, leadership potential, and a competitive spirit
Strong personalities who are positive, charismatic and have a willingness to connect with others
Ability to persevere beyond challenges and proactively pursue long-term goals
