Responsibilities

Build the story: Key member in developing monthly financial and operational board decks for presentation to internal management and business operators

Own functional responsibilities: Critical monthly and quarterly tasks such as preparing revenue recognition and physician compensation

Influence strategic decisions: Prepare and distribute financial analysis and reporting packages by gathering and analyzing P&L information related to current performance

Drive forecasting and planning: Develop detailed financial forecasts incorporating key financial and operational metrics

Deliver actionable insights: Prepare sensitivity analysis impact on revenue, expenses and profitability by modeling changes in key variables (recommending appropriate course of action)

Model business outcomes: Decision support for business unit leaders through financial and operational ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization

Advanced Excel, SQL (preferable) (Adaptive Planning experience a plus)

Healthcare experience and knowledge a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors in Accounting, Financial, or related field

Strong functional expertise in Finance and demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills (Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and other ad hoc work)

On-site position – working onsite is an essential requirement of this role. Opportunity to work remote 1 day per week after three months, based on manager discretion

Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding

Ability to sit behind a desk approximately 80% of the workday required
