In this role, you will perform inspections, monitor welding parameters, and collaborate with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform visual, dimensional, and layout inspections of fabricated steel components

Monitor welding parameters and welder qualifications to ensure compliance with WPS and codes

Conduct non-destructive testing (VT, MT, PT, UT) and bolt rotational capacity tests

Maintain precise QC logs and documentation, coordinating hold points with external inspectors

Collaborate directly with production teams, providing real-time quality decisions and support

Utilize tools like Total Stations for verification and ensure all work meets fracture-critical and other AISC endorsements
