Responsibilities
Lead clients through our signature virtual design process — from project kickoff to final presentation
Create beautiful, client-centered room designs (in 2D or 3D)
Communicate clearly and compassionately via email and video
Stay organized and manage your clients through our project management system
Provide shopping links for curated furniture and décor recommendations
Collaborate with our internal team to create swoon-worthy, magazine-ready designs
Qualification
Required
You have professional interior design experience (or comparable work with clients)
You're confident with 3D rendering tools such as MyDoma
You are tech-savvy, quick to learn, and highly proficient in working online
You thrive as a self-motivated, independent designer but value collaboration, feedback, and being part of a supportive team
You're confident presenting to clients via video
You bring a problem-solving mindset to each project, always pushing your creativity
You're skilled in a wide range of design styles
You have a natural ability to interpret and deliver on a client's preferred design aesthetic
Designers must have equipment that supports video calls, 3D renderings, and editing tools like Photoshop
Preferred
A degree in interior design is strongly preferred
