Customer Records & Order Support Associate
E-Recruit Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations Support Associate to assist with invoicing, billing updates, CRM record maintenance, order entry, and general data entry. The role involves working with online systems and spreadsheets to ensure information accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities
Organize and process invoices, receipts, and billing records
Enter and verify data in spreadsheets and web-based tools
Update CRM records (contacts, notes, statuses, tags, logs)
Perform routine record cleanup and formatting corrections
Enter and update orders; verify details and reference numbers
Provide simple order status updates and confirmations
Maintain organized documentation and follow step-by-step workflows
Flag missing information or inconsistencies for review
Qualification
Required
Basic computer and internet skills
Comfortable with email and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow written instructions and meet deadlines
Professional communication and willingness to learn
Consistent availability (set hours or minimum weekly time—edit if needed)
Preferred
CRM experience (any platform)
Billing/invoicing, order processing, admin support, or data entry experience
