Responsibilities
Partner with recruiting to ensure alignment of resources and support
Serve as main POC with client leadership to understand their objectives and priorities, while building relationships with key stakeholders to promote sustained satisfaction and loyalty
Provider / Candidate / Proposal submissions
Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities through daily communications and by facilitating biweekly, quarterly strategic meetings
Partner with Secondary supplier onboarding teams and providers monitor the onboarding process and resolve delays/inquiries
Lead weekly client check in meetings and healthcare practice review to provide status updates, escalate issues and resolve concerns
Monitor portals/comms for new TO opportunities, make bid/no bid decisions and coordinate responses
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills that enable effective communication with all relevant teams in the Healthcare staffing practice
Ability to partner with recruiting to ensure alignment of resources and support
Experience serving as main point of contact with client leadership to understand their objectives and priorities
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to promote sustained satisfaction and loyalty
Experience with provider/candidate/proposal submissions
Ability to collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities through daily communications
