Responsibilities

Create and edit high-quality content across digital channels, including web, social, video, newsletters and PR
Produce videos from concept through final delivery, including story development, interviewing, recording, asset selection and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, with clear storytelling and pacing
Research, write and proof content across formats, including articles, newsletters, social, campaigns and marketing materials
Track and use performance data to inform content improvements and future content planning
Apply SEO best practices and optimize content for search and AI-driven discovery to improve visibility and performance
Produce and manage multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Translate technical or regulatory information into clear, accurate and audience-appropriate messaging
Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, voice and design guidelines
Manage and organize digital assets, including images, video files and metadata
Maintain and update web content and supporting materials
Support campaign, event and conference execution, including asset coordination and follow-through
Conduct research projects and share insights or skills with the broader marketing team
Complete project, operational and administrative tasks reliably and on time
Coordinate translations of content and support localization efforts
Pitch in on a range of tasks as needed as part of a small team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Video Production or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2-4 years of relevant professional experience
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, InDesign and Photoshop
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Familiarity with standard computer systems, file management and digital tools in a Windows-based environment
Strong B2B writing skills

Preferred

Familiarity with AP Style a plus
