Responsibilities
Concept, film, edit, and post TikTok content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic
Work from a content calendar that ties into the Global Marketing Calendar, while staying agile to jump on emerging trends and ad hoc opportunities
Create a mix of product-focused content (product formulas, textures, how-tos, application videos) and office/lifestyle content (behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, brand culture)
Film primarily with an iPhone, ensuring content feels organic yet polished
Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and creative teams to align on strategy and messaging
Track performance, analyze engagement, and adjust content strategies to drive growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience creating and managing content specifically for TikTok (beauty industry experience highly preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing tools, and platform best practices
Skilled in video editing apps like CapCut and creative storytelling for short-form content
Comfortable on camera and behind the camera
Portfolio or TikTok handle showcasing relevant work required
Must be available to work in the office 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience as an in-house creator or brand ambassador (not a large influencer, but someone with strong creative instincts and a brand-first mindset)
