Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies that align with Agentic AI's vision and market needs
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
Oversee the technical development of AI products, ensuring robust architecture and scalability
Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into product development
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery
Define product requirements and specifications based on user feedback and market analysis
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality AI products
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership

Required
Proven leadership experience in managing product development teams
