Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operation duties as needed
Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections of transportation and warehousing processes to identify areas for improvement
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management

Required

At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or operations management within the transportation and warehousing industry

Leadership skills to mentor and guide the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Proficiency in data analysis tools for interpreting operational data and generating insightful reports

Preferred

Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
Experience in quality assurance methodologies and industry regulations
Certification in quality management
