Regional Sales Manager
Direct Wire & Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer relationships across the Great Lakes region. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand market presence and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies informed by customer insights, market research, and industry expertise
Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing customer relationships
Build and maintain a strong portfolio of accounts to meet revenue and market share goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales initiatives with customer needs
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term agreements with key accounts
Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
Represent Direct Wire & Cable at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred
3–5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or a related role
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing customer accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Great Lakes region; valid driver's license required
