The role involves managing lease-related documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely landlord payments.

Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume email inbox to support team and ensure timely task execution
Coordinate with internal teams to manage and assign lease documents for abstraction and compile additional documentation from landlords and transaction managers
Assist with vendor setup and ensure timely and accurate landlord payments
Support team members with special projects and ad hoc requests
Utilize CoStar Real Estate Manager to manage building setups, lease terminations, and natural expirations
Partner with the risk team to organize annual and ad hoc updates of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Collaborate with the facilities team to manage correspondence between lease administrators and landlords
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with lease administration or commercial real estate is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar environment is preferred but not required
