Entry, Mid, Senior LevelFLEX by Fenwick is a service offering of the law firm Fenwick & West, providing high-quality attorneys to technology and life sciences companies. They are currently seeking product counsel attorneys for long-term temporary engagements to advise on regulatory requirements and compliance throughout the product development life cycle.
Responsibilities
Experience working with internal engineering, product, design, security, privacy, and marketing teams throughout the product development life cycle, advising on regulatory requirements and how to mitigate risks for new technologies
Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws, regulations, and best practices for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance
Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects
Qualification
Required
