Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate departmental processes and procedures to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Conceptualize and propose cost-effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals and operational needs
Lead and manage recurring meetings to conduct assessments, observations, and process enhancements as required
Develop and document business requirements, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making
Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure goals are met according to departmental schedules
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process optimizations
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in education, government, or large enterprise environments preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective, practical solutions
Proven experience evaluating and improving business processes and operational procedures
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Ability to develop clear, structured documentation and presentations
Ability to assist departments in making data-driven decisions through effective data analysis
Must provide one professional reference that is detailed and specifically describes experience working as a Business Analyst
Preferred
Experience supporting information technology advisory or enterprise services teams
Familiarity with large-scale organizational process improvement initiatives
