Responsibilities
Configure and optimize SharePoint Online lists for equipment data
Design and build a PowerApps Canvas App integrated with SharePoint, featuring:
Search functionality across multiple fields
Filter options (e.g., category, location, status)
Gallery view for intuitive navigation
Ensure proper data connections, permissions, and delegation for large datasets
Provide documentation and brief training for internal updates
Work alongside and train an Exact Sciences employee during development
Recommend and implement best practices to streamline workflows, drive automation, and improve productivity across Microsoft 365
Fully functional PowerApps Canvas App connected to SharePoint lists
Documentation for maintenance and update process
Knowledge transfer sessions for internal team
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Hands-on experience in Canvas Power Apps development and configuring SharePoint Online lists/libraries for integration with Power Platform
Ability to design, build, and maintain innovative business solutions using Canvas Power Apps and Power Automate, with selective integration with SharePoint Online
Expertise in determining requirements, designing, developing, debugging, testing, and implementing technical solutions using Microsoft/Office 365 platform
Provide guidance on maintaining the PowerApps Canvas App post-deployment
